In an attempt at making content more accessible, we've added a way for you to subscribe via email to content on this site.

How it works:

• If you make a new post or comment on an existing post, and someone replies to it, you will be automatically notified of these comments (at a 3 hour interval, to prevent your email inbox getting over-full). If you don't visit the site after an update you won't get any more, also to prevent excessive emails.
• When viewing a post, as long as you're logged in, you can subscribe to that individual post, to posts made by that author, or posts of that type. For example, is Rick writes a blog post about business, at the bottom of that post is the option to 'Subscribe to posts by Rick', 'Subscribe to posts in Business', 'Subscribe to Blog posts'. This way, you'll get updates on a topic or post without having to keep checking in to the site.
• All subscriptions can be managed and opted out of via your user page.

As well as this new functionality, RSS feeds for categories and the site overall continue to exist, meaning Really Simple Subscription is still available. If you have any feedback or questions, just stick a comment on the end here (and/or subscribe to get automatic updates).
