ICD Members’ only: Cooking Class and Wine-Paired Dinner
Something is cooking in the kitchen…ICD members will be lending a hand for this evening’s French wine dinner. The cooking will be done by the members under the direction of the Swissotel’s Executive Chef Tom Wu. A brief presentation will be given about the evening's dinner selections before the cooking begins.

* Game Terrine/Cleebourg Prestige Pinot Blanc - Auxerrois 2007 (Alsace dry white)
* Pan-Fried Sole in a Light Garlic Sauce/Chablis 1er Cru Les Vaillons AOC – Albert Bichot Domaine Long-Depaquit 2005 (Burgundy dry white)
* Pumpkin Cappuccino, Mango and Chili Chutney Papadam
* Seared Raw Tuna, Curried Broth and Baby Greens, Lemon Grass and Honey Sherbet Flavored with Riesling/ Pessac-LeognanAOC – Chateau Mancedre 2004 (Bordeaux red)
* Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Mozzarella Cheese in Green Sauce and Port Wine Reduction/Fronton AOC – Chateau Laurou 2006 (Southwest red)

Date & Time: Saturday, May 9 beginning at 18:00 with dinner being served at approximately 19:00.
Cost: RMB 600, includes dinner, wines and coffee or tea (ICD Members-only; limited number participation)
