Dalian Public Security Bureau (PSB) - 大连市公安局出入境管理处

This is not the PSB, rather a branch of it. This office have the actual name "Foreigners' Entry & Exit Administration Division Dalian Public Security Bureau" and are located on the 2nd floor of the building in the picture below. They administer visas, residence permits and other issues related to residence.
