Decent food.  Good Lasagne.They have free wireless internet as well.

I have made an extensive survey of Dalian's many mid-priced coffee hangouts and Tina's is far and away the best. Good food, decent prices, comfy sofas, good art on the walls, and full of interesting people, not the least of which is Tina herself!
