Cheap flights from Seoul to China?

I will be in Seoul in August and need a flight to Dalian China, but I cannot find anything cheaper than $300 for a one way ticket.

You should be able to do it for half that. I'll dig around for the travel agency I used, but if you ask a local, they should know.
