Near the circular Dongbei overhead pickup road West of Olympic.  The building has a curving roof.

The same people behind Hopscotch are behind this cafe.  Regularly hold music and art shows, a good collection of books.

Strollers in Dalian
Western style bar behind the Nikko Hotel. Draft beers and burger, chips, pizza, type food. Staff have an uncanny ability to remember customers' names.
They have nachos and chilli.I recommend combining the two.

 Picture and chinese menu. Moderatly priced. Without some Chinese, asking for the correct stock would be tricky.
